◆ 중동부야영회 등록에 오신것을 환영합니다.  Welcome to ECKCM registration. 

◆기입하셔야할 정보가 많아서 데스크탑이나 랩탑에서 신청하시는걸 추천드립니다. It is recommended to fill in this form on your desktop or laptop computer. 

1단계: 객실유형과 날짜를 선택해주세요. Step 1: Select room type and date
2단계: 개인정보를 입력해주세요. Step 2: Enter personal information
3단계: 야영회 도착/출발 날짜를 알려주세요.  Step 3: Select Arrival/departure dates
4단계:  필요한 열쇠갯수를 선택해주세요. Step 4: Choose Number of Keys needed
5단계: 공항픽업요청 Step 5: Airport Pickup Request
6단계: 결제하기 Step 6: Make Payment

◆ 요금(Rates):

  1. 등록비(Registration Fee): 1인당 $50 입니다. ( $50/person), 5월31일 이전까지 등록한경우 1인당 $40 입니다. ($40/person if registered by 05/31/24), 4세 이하 아이의 등록비는 무료입니다. (4yrs and under free registration)
  2. 객실(Lodging): 에어컨이 있고 개별화장실이 있는 객실 LLC 1박 $65 입니다. (A/C Room with full bathroom $65/night), 에어컨이 없고 공용화장실을 사용하는 객실 OAK 은 1박 에 $55 입니다.  (Non A/C room with shared full bathroom $55/night), 같은방에 세명이상의 등록인원이 있는 경우 세명째부터 하루에 1명당 $4 이 추가 됩니다. (additional fee $4/person/day for 3+ person)
  3. 식권(Meal ticket): 어른 또는 11세 이상은 하루 세끼에 $45 입니다. (Adult Meal (11+) $45/day), 어린이(5~10세) 하루식권은  $25 입니다. (Youth Meal (5-10yrs) $25/day), 4세이하 무료입니니다. (4yrs and under eats free). 
  4. 야영장 도착일과 출발일이 6/23일 과 6/30일이 아니시라면 도착일과 출발일을 위한 개별식권 구매 옵션이 보이게 됩니다. 이곳에서 원하시는 개별 식권을 선택하셔야  도착일과 출발일을 위한 식권을 구매 하실 수 있습니다.  도착일과 출발일을 제외한 날들은 자동적으로 하루 세끼 식권 모두를 구매하시게 됩니다.  일주일을 참여 하시는 경우 성인의 경우 $270 이며 어린이는 $150불입니다.   (You will be buying full day meal tickets from the day after you arrive through the day before you leave. For your arrival and departure dates you need to order meal tickets you want unless you stay for the whole week. Youth and Adult meal pricings will be $150/$270 for the whole week) 
  5. 4~8세 어린이는 여름 성경학교 교재비로 1인당 $10불이 추가 됩니다.  (VBS materials fee: $10/person for 4-8 yrs.) 
  6. 환급가능한 열쇠보증금은 열쇠 1개당 $65 이며 최대 2개 까지 신청 하실 수 있습니다.  (Key deposit(refundable): $65 per key, max 2 keys)
  7. 환불(Refund Policy)은 요청 시기에 따라 차감 기준이 달라 집니다. 6/16/24 까지 요청하시는 경우는 전액 환불. 6/23 일까지 요청 하시는 경우는 50% 환불. 6/23 이후에는 환불이 되지 않음을 양지해 주시기 바랍니다.  Full refund will be made if requested by 6/16/24. Half refund will be made if requested by 6/23/24. No refund will be available after 6/23/24 Thanks for your understanding.  
  8. 같은 방에 숙식하는 모든 분을 등록해 주세요. Make sure to register together with everyone who is staying with you in the room.

열쇠보증금 Key deposit

 열쇠 반환시 보증금은 환급됩니다. Deposit is refunded upon return of keys.

공항픽업서비스를 원하십니까? Do you want airport pickup? 

공항픽업/배웅은  피츠버그 공항에서만  가능합니다.

공항픽업은 6/23/24 4PM 과 8PM 에 가능합니다. 공항으로의 배웅은 6/30/24 6AM LLC 건물 앞에서 모이겠습니다.
